Photos and PDFs attached to the thing they belong to — insurance papers on the policy, the receipt on the appliance, the bill on the subscription.
Warranties, insurance, passports, licences, subscriptions, service dates — add it once and Keepora remembers it. Everything stays encrypted on your phone. Nothing is uploaded to us. Ever.
Keepora turns scattered paperwork into a single searchable record of your life — with reminders that arrive before a date becomes a problem.
Photos and PDFs attached to the thing they belong to — insurance papers on the policy, the receipt on the appliance, the bill on the subscription.
Warranties, policies, licences, memberships and subscriptions all carry their own dates. The dashboard surfaces whatever is closest to running out.
Scheduled on your device by Android itself. No push server sees what you are being reminded about, and they still arrive in flight mode.
Point the camera at a document and Keepora reads the text so you can search it later. The recognition runs on your phone — the image never leaves it.
Titles, notes, tags, categories and OCR-extracted text are all searchable, with filters and a calendar view when you would rather browse by date.
Biometrics or a PIN in front of the whole app, so a borrowed phone never becomes an open filing cabinet.
Export an encrypted .keepora file and move to a new phone without handing your records to anyone — including us.
Optional backup to a cloud account you already own. The file is encrypted before it leaves the device and Keepora never keeps a copy.
Most apps promise not to look. Keepora is designed so there is nothing to look at: your personal data never reaches a Keepora server in the first place.
Records live in an encrypted SQLite database on your phone. The encryption key is held in Android’s secure keystore, not in the app bundle or on our infrastructure. The only thing our backend knows is which licence a device holds and which app version it runs.
Read the full privacy policyFour steps, about a minute, and then you can stop thinking about it.
Photograph the document or attach a PDF. OCR pulls out the text on-device so it becomes searchable.
Expiry, renewal, warranty end, service due — whichever matters for that item.
Choose how far ahead you want warning. The notification is scheduled locally on your phone.
The dashboard keeps what is urgent in front of you. Everything else stays out of the way.
No subscription is required to keep your data, and nothing is held hostage if you stop paying.
Everything you need to start tracking the important dates.

Every Pro feature, including future ones, without a renewal.

No. Install it and start adding items. An optional device registration exists so Pro and Lifetime purchases can follow you to a new phone, but the app is fully usable without it.
Because nothing is stored on our servers, we cannot recover your records for you — that is the trade-off of true local-first storage. Keepora can export an encrypted .keepora backup to a cloud account you own, and we strongly recommend setting that up on day one.
Yes. Adding items, attaching documents, OCR, search, reminders and notifications all run on the device. Only licence checks, update notices and advertising need a connection.
The local database is encrypted, and the key is stored in the Android keystore rather than inside the app. Backup files are encrypted before they are written, so a .keepora file sitting in your cloud drive is useless without your passphrase.
No. Text recognition runs on the device. Your documents are never sent to a remote AI or OCR service — that is explicitly out of scope for the product.
Ads fund the free tier. They are served by Google AdMob, which uses an advertising identifier — it does not get access to your documents or records. Pro and Lifetime remove ads entirely.
Keepora is free to start, works offline, and keeps your records where they belong — on your device.
